Bag Palletizers
A palletizer stacks filled bags onto a pallet in a set pattern, ready for stretch wrapping and shipping. It is usually the last machine in a bagging line and often the first place a plant runs short on labor. We handle conventional and robotic systems, new, used, and rebuilt.
Conventional or Robotic?
- Conventional layer-forming palletizers are faster at sustained high rates and well proven on single product lines
- Robotic palletizers take less floor space, change patterns more easily, and handle multiple product sizes at once
High level palletizers run from 500 bags per hour to 3,500 bags per hour, with overlapping, layer squaring, and layer compression available.
Conventional Bag Palletizers
Three speed classes cover most bagging lines. Each system is fully assembled, hard wired, and tested with your specific product before shipment.
MHE 1500A, 1800A, and 2400A
Fully automatic bag palletizers built for continuous production. The 1500A is a moderate speed design and the workhorse of the line. The 1800A is an intermediate speed design balancing economy and performance. The 2400A is a high speed design for high speed bagging lines.
- MHE 1500A: maximum sustained rate of 25 bags per minute
- MHE 1800A: maximum sustained rate of 30 bags per minute
- MHE 2400A: maximum sustained rate of 35 bags per minute
- Empty pallet dispenser with 20 pallet capacity magazine
- Low empty pallet quantity alarm
- Patented continuous motion bag wheel orients bags prior to layer forming
- Automatic four-sided layer squaring when presented to pallet
- Automatic bag layer compression between layers
- Automatic filled pallet compression prior to exit
- Mainframe and hoist designed for 4,000 lb loads
Controls: Allen Bradley PLC with color touchscreen HMI, recipes for multiple products, bag sizes, stacking patterns and pallet sizes, remote access Ethernet communication, NEMA 12 enclosures, all wires and terminals match-marked.
Robotic Bag Palletizers
A robotic palletizer takes less floor space than a conventional layer-forming machine, changes patterns more easily, and handles multiple product sizes at once. We supply robotic palletizers from multiple manufacturers, new and rebuilt.
Rebuilt Fanuc Bag Palletizers
We regularly have rebuilt Fanuc bag palletizers available in 6-axis and 4-axis configurations. Rebuilt machines carry a considerably lower cost than new, with the controls and end effector set up for your bag size and pattern. Rebuilt units are available with a new equipment warranty.
New Robotic Bag Palletizers
New robotic bag palletizers are available from multiple manufacturers. Tell us your bag size, your bags per minute, and your pallet pattern, and we will match you to the right builder. Empty pallet dispensing, slip sheet dispensing, and pallet conveyors are available.
Engineering is available to layout entire system.
Used and Surplus Palletizers
We regularly have palletizers available on the used market, including Fanuc 6-axis and 4-axis bag palletizers, Verbruggen VPM models, and complete palletizing lines with stretch wrappers. Availability changes, so call for what is on hand.
